Supply List for Feminist Art History ages 9-12

Paint:

• ​Acrylic in black, white, brown, primary and secondary colors

 

Paper:

• Construction paper: multicolored, incl black and white

• Plain white paper

• Watercolor paper or other heavyweight paper for painting

​

Writing/Drawing:

• Pencil

• Eraser

• Fine tip markers

• Metallic pens: At least gold, though more is always fun.

 

Craft Materials:

• Fabric scraps in various colors, patterns and sizes (you’ll need a roughly 8x10 background)

• Thread

• Embroidery floss, various colors

 

Tools:

• Paint brushes: large oval, large flat, assorted small and medium

• Paint palette

• Cup for rinsing brushes

• Scissors

• Rag or paper towels for blotting brushes

• White glue

• Glue stick

• Sewing needle

• Ruler: clear is ideal

• Embroidery needle

 

Misc:

• Mirror

• Printer
